Q. Do i have to be a company or a business to buy from you?

A. No, anyone can become a Nana Dolls retailer. However you must follow our guidelines on selling our products.

Q. What are your delivery charges?

A.Shipping rates will vary depending on the size and destination of the order. Delivery costs will be added to your order before check out. For international orders over 1000pcs please contact us to obtain a quote before you place your order.

Q. Do you ship outside the UK?

A. Yes, we ship worldwide, shipping costs ill be added at check out. When ordering amounts of 1000pcs and over, Please contact us for a quote first before placing your order on [email protected]

Q. How can I pay?

A. We accept all major debit and credit cards. You can also pay via PayPal, bank transfer (BACS) or invoice. If paying by bank transfer we need the funds to clear in our account before we can dispatch your goods.

Q. Can I cancel my order? 

A. Orders are processed immediately so please be sure before placing an order. We regret that, once you have placed your order, we cannot cancel or amend it unless under extreme circumstances, cancellation fees may be applicable.

Q.Can I use your photographs and descriptions to sell the products on my own website? 

A. Once you order, you can use our product photography directly from our website, however we do not permit you to use the same exact product descriptions. This is because search engines such as google penalise for duplicate content on multiple sites, therefore if you use the same exact descriptions it damages SEO.
